Firestat, a division of Senasys, is a leading manufacturer of High Duct Limit Control Switches for the HVAC industry. Senasys has been supporting the Firestat product line since 2016, and moved the manufacturing of the line in 2023. At that time, we moved production from Iowa to our facilities in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where we continue to support HVAC contractors, OEMs and distributors.

Since acquiring the Firestat product line, Senasys has made many improvements to the manufacturing process, product quality, and lead times, while still maintaining a competitive cost for our customers.

Additionally, the Firestat is a unique product line in that it fulfills many states’ building code requirements followed by contractors and HVAC installation personnel, making our customer outreach diverse.

In addition to duct controls, Senasys produces over a million products annually across a diverse range of more than 15 varieties. We proudly serve an array of industries, including food service, medical, industrial, HVAC, aerospace, railway, aquatic, electronics, and more. Our dedication to innovation and quality has established us as a trusted partner in these diverse fields.

Senasys excels at helping OEMs using small to large volumes of devices solve problems related to temperature, pressure/vacuum, air flow, industrial machining and more. We strive to be a fast and dependable supplier for all our customers. This includes everyone from small manufacturers all the way up to Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between.

With our in-house fabrication shop, we have the ability to customize our products to meet requirements, whether it’s a specific bracket specification to meet fit requirements, terminal connections and more.

Our Story

Founded in 1999, Senasys has evolved from a modest team of three employees into a thriving company with over fifty dedicated professionals. Operating out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with two facilities making up over 60,000 sq ft, the majority of our parts are made in-house, ensuring tight control over quality and manufacturing processes. Additionally, we have several overseas partnerships to provide more capabilities and economical solutions to our customers.

Since our beginnings, we have continuously grown in both our product selection and our commitment to excellence. We currently have over a dozen product lines, including temperature & pressure switches, industrial controls, electric immersion heaters and machining capabilities.
