How to Adjust Your TC Temperature Switch
The TC duct limit temperature switch line manufactured by Senasys is an adjustable temperature switch that is a great solution for HVAC systems. Adjusting the switch is simple:
- Remove the cover
- Adjust the dial to the desired set point
- Replace the cover & Install (Click here for installation instructions)
When the temperature switch leaves our facility it is factory set at 125°F, but has an adjustable temperature of 100°F to 250°F.

Our adjustable TC switches are easy to adjust, but if you’re not familiar with temperature switches, you may not know where to start.
The first thing you will need to do is remove the cover. This is done by pushing in on the sides of the switch and then pulling off the cover. This will reveal the inner workings of the switch.
To adjust the temperature, simply loosen the screw and move the selector to the appropriate temperature. The temperature can be set from 100F to 250F. One you have moved the selector to the desired temperature, tighten the screw.
